The room felt spacious and very clean I liked the thoughtful design and functionality The bed was very comfortable. The staff was lovely. The free coffee machine with its cappuccino options and available snacks.
Soundproofing could improve I heard corridor noise a few times. I found it slightly disturbing.

The check-in was straightforward. Location instructions were clear. The reception staff was helpful. I appreciated the hot drinks and kitchenette in the common space. The city center was a short walk away. I also found the train station to be conveniently close.
The walls were thin. I could hear corridor noise. This noise woke me up. The pillows provided were too hard.

I found the location very convenient. It was close to both the bus and train stations. The room had good natural lighting and privacy shutters. I appreciated the easy pre-check-in and the entry code system.
The lack of an in-room fridge was a drawback. Though there was a shared fridge, a private one is preferable. I found the walls to be quite thin. I could hear corridor noise, which sometimes woke me up.

The staff proved to be very helpful and friendly. The room was large enough for two guests. A window shutter was useful for blocking the morning sunlight.
The location was tricky to find because it's in the bottom of an old tower block. Photos misrepresented the windows. The view was into the elevator shaft.

disruptive noise transparent blinds
the communal kitchen area had a refrigerator and a coffee maker.. this was acceptable.
noise from the reception area was disruptive. there was no consideration in rooms directly opposite it. the window blinds were nearly transparentwith a sense of exposure. there was no fridge in the room.
